OTAN Tech Talk July 2026: Using Educational Technology to Create Open Enrollment Opportunities in CTE ProgramsDiscover how Hacienda La Puente Adult Education transformed its Health Careers programs through the strategic use of educational technology, hybrid learning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This session explores how modular course design and open enrollment practices expanded access for adult learners, increased annual enrollments from approximately 15–22 students to more than 80 enrollments, and improved student flexibility and engagement. Participants will leave with practical strategies, technology tools, and implementation tips for creating more accessible and student-centered CTE programs.
