| Description | This session will describe how to create Google Slides and Docs as accessible files online using items with Slides, add-ons and other available tools. Some key highlights will include using templates, using accessible and copyright-free images, audio & video, fonts, and more. We will explore several different Google add-ons that will help you in creating Google slides that are attractive and follow accessibility guidelines. NOTE: This session will demonstrate 508 Compliance features using Google Workspace for EDU ® within a Chrome browser. Prerequisites: Participants should have access to a Google account as well as a device with Chrome installed. Recommended devices include desktop computers, laptops, and Chromebook. Tablets and phones are not advised. ***** OTAN Certificates of Attendance are awarded only for workshop sessions to those that are pre-registered and attend at least 75% of the scheduled time.
