Google Calendar is used not only to schedule events. It is a collaboration and communication tool where events and schedules can be shared with staff, students, and the public with dates, times, file attachments, tasks, and more.

This session covers the difference between the primary and "other" calendars as well as:

• how to setup different calendars and change settings,
• scheduling events with reminders,
• adding schedule meetings,
• adding guest lists, reminders
• adding tasks and attaching files, and
• creating and managing appointment slots.

All topics will be practiced including sharing with specific users and the public. - more will be covered as requested and/ or as time allows.
