For most learning institutions, the Covid pandemic forced all learning to be 100% online instruction. Now, many courses are back to being in-person and, applying what was learned during the pandemic, adult education programs and other learning institutions are trying to leverage the benefits of online learning to in-person courses.

In this session, find out what’s working at North Valley Occupational Center as teachers experiment with Simultaneous Instruction. Hear from students as they describe why having the flexibility to attend class either in-person or online is beneficial. Learn about technology options and how very low-cost technology is working out for the instructors teaching in a "Simultaneous" setting.
