Description

For those ready to learn beyond the fundamentals of Canvas. This session will show participants how to create customized learning pathways to allow for student choice or self directed learning based on student performance. Topics may include but are not limited to:

  • What is Personalized Learning
  • Student Choice Use Cases & Benefits
  • Tools and Vocabulary
  • Setup and Rules
  • Reporting, and
  • Considerations.

Prerequisites

These training sessions are best focused on instructors with foundational Canvas proficiency that includes: 

  • a solid foundation in Canvas Navigation course tools,
  • has created assignments, assignment groups, and quizzes,
  • provided feedback using SpeedGrader.
