Description | Hosted by San Mateo Adult and Career Education Students' ages, native languages, educational backgrounds, and academic skills vary widely in adult education classrooms, and it can be challenging for instructors to plan lessons that support all students. Research shows that differentiated instruction is one of the most effective approaches for helping students learn. In this workshop, participants explore ways to provide options to meet differentiated learning objectives while fostering higher-order critical thinking skills for all students. Location: San Mateo Adult and Career Education Date: Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 Time: 9:00am - Noon (Morning Session) Same content is repeated twice.
