Description | Hosted by Grossmont Adult Education This CoP incorporates the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework and introduces accommodations and modifications that support learning, self-determination, and success. This CoP takes place on Moodle and at Grossmont Adult Education and runs for 8 consecutive weeks, from 03/31/2025 to 05/25/2025. There will be asynchronous online activities, including forum discussions and job-embedded lesson planning/implementation, before, in-between, and after the required face-to-face and synchronous online sessions. The three-hour in-person session is scheduled for Friday, April 25, 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm at Grossmont Adult Education, and the 3-hour synchronous session via Zoom is on Friday, May 9, 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate of participation (16 hours). Registration Information: There is no registration fee to participate; CALPRO professional development opportunities are available to all California Adult Education Program (CAEP) agencies and employees.
