Description The training is designed to utilize the CAEP/NRS Performance Goals model, which serves as a framework for understanding agency performance in relation to both Federal and State standards established specifically for CAEP agencies. Participants will learn how to set targeted goals at the local level by comparing their agency’s performance with statewide results and with outcomes from other similar reporting agencies. A significant component of the training involves reviewing data available in the TE Admin Portal as well as other relevant reports. This review will assist agencies in pinpointing areas of strength and identifying opportunities for improvement. By monitoring persistence and performance agencies can gain valuable insights into their program and collaborate with other agencies on best practices.
