Description This virtual CoP will focus on how programs determine whether apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeships, or bridge programs are the right fit for their students and overall goals. It will cover apprenticeship models that can strengthen opportunities for students and employment outcomes, and what employers consider when weighing costs, benefits, and return on investment. Grantees will share practical lessons and decision points from real implementation experiences. Participants will leave with a clearer framework for assessing whether apprenticeship models makes sense for their ELL healthcare pathway and how to position it to meet both learner and employer needs.
