Description Join the CAEP State Office and the CAEP TAP in the second part of the two-part series. In part one the state provided a refresher on carryover legislation (AB 1491), policy guidance issued by the state, NOVA tracking tools, and the impact on consortia and members as year one of carryover tracking closes September 30, 2024. During part two of this series CAEP State office and CAEP TAP will continue the conversation with available and prescribed technical assistance, best practices for addressing excessive carryover, including spending CAEP funding in alignment with legislative requirements.
